As Managing Director of Pelikan Venture GmbH and Peliteq GmbH, he combines entrepreneurial expertise with in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. At PREV∞, he is responsible for building strategic partnerships with pharmacies, physicians and healthcare providers, as well as developing and scaling the partner network. His focus is on the successful market integration of PREV∞ and establishing innovative digital healthcare models.

Dr. Urban Liebel holds a doctorate in natural sciences and is a technology entrepreneur and artificial intelligence expert with over 25 years of experience in developing and scaling innovative technologies. As former CTO of Ada Health and medneo and co-founder of ACQUIFER, he brings extensive expertise in medical AI, digital health platforms and complex technology systems. As CTO at PREV∞, he is responsible for the overall technology strategy, AI architecture and development of PREV∞. His focus is on connecting intelligent AI systems with medical applications, secure data architectures and scalable digital healthcare solutions.

His background includes long-standing recruitment mandates for the ZEISS Group and large hospital networks, as well as a proven track record in telemedicine. As the originator of PREV∞ Health, he is responsible for strategy, execution, partnerships and growth, backed by a strong network in the healthcare sector. His vision: a holistic Health OS that helps physicians, practices, medical care centres and hospitals optimise workflows and use scarce resources more effectively, while enabling patients to better understand their health and actively shape it.

Diyar Balikci studies computer science at Technische Universität Berlin and has hands-on experience in full-stack development as well as in designing and integrating AI-based solutions. His expertise covers building AI products, mobile applications, modern web platforms and scalable AI infrastructure. At PREV∞ he contributes his technical know-how to develop innovative digital health solutions and to integrate artificial intelligence meaningfully into healthcare.

At PREV∞ Health, he is responsible for financing strategy, operational business development and building scalable business structures. With his expertise in fundraising, corporate leadership and international growth, he supports the sustainable development of PREV∞.
